Master Jeff Wood

This self-defense seminar will assist participants in gaining the strategies and the prowess to protect themselves from attack situations which are common and unique to women. The students will acquire effective preemptive tactics, escape maneuvers, physical techniques, and proficiency in utilizing self-defense devices, to end assaults quickly. A strong emphasis will be placed on empowering the mind, as it is the preeminent tool in prevailing in any attack. Master Jeff Wood is the head instructor.
