*YOU MUST HAVE TESTED OUT OF BEGINNER 2, or HAVE A COACH EVALUATION TO BE IN THIS COURSE

Beginner 2 is a PREREQUISITE for this course!


Advanced Beginner (ages 5 and up – 55 mins)

This class is for gymnasts who have tested out of the Beginner 2 class or have been evaluated at this level. Gymnasts will learn more difficult basic skills on all four apparatuses as well as continue to gain strength and confidence on full sized equipment. Skills include pullovers and hollow body casts on the bars, cartwheels, bridges on floor.

All payments will be charged one week before the classes begin on Wednesday.
