Middle School Mental Health Camp
This one-day program offers middle school students the opportunity to learn vital mental health coping skills in a fun, safe, caring environment. Activities throughout the day include crafts, games, group discussions, movement, and a community service project. Students will take home information about mental health resources in their communities, conversation starters to use with friends and family, and skills to use in times of anxiety. Whether students want to prepare themselves for middle school and beyond by discussing a variety of relevant topics like bullying, friendship issues, self esteem, stress, and body image, or just have fun with peers in a cozy space, it is sure to be a great day!
Please note this is not an appropriate program for students with severe mental health issues
