Lacrosse Camp

DASH Sports Lacrosse camps provide participants an introductory experience of the game. Athletes will learn basic lacrosse fundamentals including stick handling, cradling, passing, & shooting, all in a fun, non-checking environment. This is a non-contact camp, helmets & gloves are not required but can be brought with & worn. Sticks & balls are provided.
