Ages 5-14 years old In Parkour 3 we will be learning a combination of Parkour, gymnastics, free-running, calisthenics and conditioning with a higher focus on skill building then prior Parkour classes. Parkour 3 will focus on more advanced skills that will push our athletes physical skill and mental focus. We will be learning skills such as the kong vault, dash vault, wall spin, macaco, kip up, front tuck and many more. Must have leveled out of Parkour 2 or been skill checked by a coach.

Pickleball is a combination of tennis, badminton, and ping pong played by four people on a badminton sized court with paddles and a plastic polyball. It may have a silly name, but it's great exercise, easy to learn, and lots of fun! Games are organized and arranged by the players. New and experienced players welcome! Registration is required, cash will no longer be accepted at the door.

Tech Academy Incoming Grades 1-5 Step into the world of Pokémon with a week of exciting STEAM adventures! Students will design and build their own coding projects, from interactive games to creative animations, while also making Pokémon-themed stop-motion films. They’ll construct sets and props, tackle fun STEAM challenges, and bring their ideas to life through coding and creativity. Along the way, students strengthen problem-solving and teamwork skills. Join a naturalist from EcoElsa to learn about different pollinators and how they help the environment by helping plants and other things. Class includes tactile learning activities, exploration time, games, and art to help kids engage and connect with their natural space. We will do a wide variety of outdoor activities that are great for preschoolers to get their minds and bodies moving!

Eco Elsa Kids will learn about art mediums through nature and how it connects to different science principles through our activities. Depending on the weather some of the activities we may do are making sustainable nature sculptures, paint & dye color science, fiber weaving, animal footprints, and more! Kids will benefit from being able to creatively express themselves while also learning about art, science, and history. This class is a mixture of indoor and outdoor activities so make sure kids dress for the weather and wear closed toed shoes! Kids will be able to take home most of their creations.

Eco Elsa Ages 3-6 with an adult Join a Naturalist from EcoElsa to learn about the aquatic ecosystems through the animals who call them home. Kids will also learn how to test the health of that ecosystem by collecting a survey of the animals found. As well as other activities to help them explore how we impact the quality of our water and actions to take to help it. Make sure your kids and you come dressed for the weather and ready to potentially get a little wet or dirty!

Kidcreate Studios! Ages 5-12 Dive into the colorful world of science! In this vibrant science class, kids will create tie-dye slime, design their own tie-dye socks, and explore the science of color through fun, hands-on experiments. It’s a bright, messy, and magical adventure! Please pack a nut free snack and drink for your child each day.

Rec TEAM Gymnastics Rec TEAM Gymnastics is offered two days per week for 1 hour 30 minutes per session, providing a total of three hours of instruction weekly. This program is designed to give young athletes a structured introduction to a competitive-style gymnastics environment while maintaining a fun, age-appropriate, and supportive atmosphere. The class offers a “taste” of team training without the pressure of competitions. Athletes will focus on developing fundamental gymnastics skills while improving strength, coordination, flexibility, and overall body awareness. Emphasis is placed on proper technique, safe skill progression, and confidence building. Skills Introduced Include: Beam: Lever, pivot turn, straight jump, straight jump dismount Vault: Handstand flat back Bars: Jump to front support, cast, back hip circle, dismount Floor: Half turn, cartwheel or round-off, forward roll–forward roll combination as well as choreography Rec TEAM Gymnastics serves as an ideal bridge between recreational classes and future competitive training, allowing athletes to experience structured practices while developing a strong technical foundation.
