ToddlersECFE 15 months - 3 yearsEarly Childhood Family Education (ECFE) is a fun and supportive program designed for parents and their children from birth through third grade. ECFE classes provide a welcoming and relaxed environment for families to connect, learn, and engage in thoughtful discussion with the guidance of a parent educator. Simultaneously, children will participate in developmentally appropriate activities across various domains, including art, literacy, mathematics, science, and gross motor skills. While classes are geared towards specific ages, siblings are welcome to attend as long as they are registered. Please remember that all children aged 6 months and older are required to be registered and to pay for the class. Winter Guard7- Art, Music, and TheaterRian Mahoney Grades 8-12 Winter Guard is a performing arts activity with elements of dance and theater combining to create a competitive show that will be performed throughout the Twin Cities. In Color Guard, you will get to learn skills in different traditional forms of dance consisting of a mix between Ballet and Contemporary, as well as equipment skills where you will learn skills in Flag, Rifle and Saber. All while learning new forms of theatrical performance with a strong focus on projection. Interested participants need to partake in Placement Day, in order to be on the team. Placements will take place on either November 3rd November4th, and November 7th from 5:00-9:30 pm, at Meadowview Elementary. Program tuition will be priced once a final roster of participants is put together after placements. Interested participants should go to all placement opportunities if possible. Participants will start the day of placements with some basics training in dance and flag, then you will learn a flag routine that will be similar to what we will be performing in the final show. Lastly you will get to perform the flag routine with others in front of the instructional staff! Youth Holiday Horse Camps6- Other Sports & Recreation ProgramsCornerstone on the Vermillion Instructor: Michelle Michaud Ages 4-17 Do you love horses? Our camps are all horses, all the time! Spend time bonding with some incredible show horses. All abilities are welcome to join us for an action packed camp and learn western, English, and bareback riding, horsemanship, groundwork, and training. Choose to attend one day or both days! Participants begin their days with horsemanship skill development, followed by horse training. Connecting & partnering with the horses is emphasized throughout each day. Riding multiple horses throughout camp with emphasis on rider safety, core, seat and legs. Each day refreshing all skills learned the previous day. Our camps are coached to develop skills, connection & understanding of these magnificent animals. Please bring a bicycle helmet if you have one, otherwise riding helmets are provided.
