MLS GO Soccer Mini-LeagueRecreation & SportsDASH Sports Ages 6-12 DASH Sports MLS GO Summer Soccer Mini-Leagues provide players a well-rounded soccer experience covering a broad range of soccer skills (dribbling, passing, shooting, and defense) training and scrimmages and games. This camp consists of one day of skills training followed by 3 days of games (2 per day for a total of 6 games). Athletes should wear sunscreen and bring a water bottle and a snack (spikes and shin guards are optional). Balls are provided. In this two-hour class, participants will learn the art of macramé while creating a beautiful handmade plant holder perfect for brightening any space during the winter months. This beginner-friendly workshop will introduce essential macramé knots and techniques as you design and craft your own modern plant hanger. Step-by-step instruction ensures success for all skill levels — no prior experience required. Along the way, you’ll gain confidence working with cord, learn pattern basics, and leave with a stylish décor piece ready to display at home or give as a gift. Email one page of your in-progress manuscript for an in-class critique of one page of your poetry, article, short story, screenplay, novel, non-fiction book, or children’s book. (Optional: You can then send your manuscript for a professional critique (for a critique fee of $50 for up to 25 double-spaced pages + $1/page thereafter, and a list of publishers/agents who are interested in your type of work.) Intramural sports provide a safe, enjoyable environment for youth of any skill level to participate in a variety of recreational activities. Players will focus on the fundamentals of the game, enhance skills, discover the value and importance of good sportsmanship, and have fun! Boeckman youth will need to ride the activity bus to Dodge right after school. The bus leaves promptly so be sure not to miss it. If a youth misses the bus, please direct them to call for a ride or report to the front office for assistance. Boeckman youth will need to report to the gym by 3:45 after school. These skills include Leadership, Teamwork, Communication, Cooperation, Loyalty, Goal Setting, Work Ethic, Organization, Self-Discipline, Perseverance, and of course Sportsmanship. Adults lead practices and coach at matches. Practices will take place at the tennis courts at Boeckman Middle School from 4:00-5:30 pm. Dodge Middle School students take the after school activity bus over to Boeckman. Home matches will take place at the tennis courts at Boeckman Middle School. Middle School Mental Health Camp1- Academic, Health, & SafetyThis one-day program offers middle school students the opportunity to learn vital mental health coping skills in a fun, safe, caring environment. Activities throughout the day include crafts, games, group discussions, movement, and a community service project. Students will take home information about mental health resources in their communities, conversation starters to use with friends and family, and skills to use in times of anxiety. Whether students want to prepare themselves for middle school and beyond by discussing a variety of relevant topics like bullying, friendship issues, self esteem, stress, and body image, or just have fun with peers in a cozy space, it is sure to be a great day! Middle School Pops and Jazz BandsMiddle School BandRachel Gorden-Mercer, Director Incoming grades 6 - 8 with previous band experience Summer Pops and Jazz Bands are a great way to have fun while working on your music skills! Summer Pops Band - Students entering grades 6 - 8 Fall 2026 will play popular, familiar music. Summer Jazz Band - Students entering grades 7-8 Fall 2026 will explore and perform a variety of jazz music. Previous playing experience is required. Saxophone, trumpet, trombone and keyboard players are welcome. Other instruments may be added with instructor permission. Drummers must know how to play a trap set. Summer Both Bands - Students entering grades 7-8 Fall 2026 who would like to be in both the Pops and Jazz bands.
