Guided Sound Meditation JoAnn and Tim, Certified Practitioners of Sound and Vibration, offer a transformative one-hour meditation session designed to promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, and support overall health and well-being. JoAnn and Tim will guide you through a quiet meditation using the spoken word and instruments including crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and drums. There is room available for you to lay down, so feel free to bring a blanket and comfy pillow. You are also welcome to sit if that is more comfortable for you. Most importantly, come to this safe space with your intention to allow the healing power of sound and vibration guide you to a peaceful state that calms the mind, restores balance, and nurtures both body and spirit. Each session will use a variety different instruments.
