Cheerleading - Advanced Tumbling Classes 2025-2026
Cheerleading - Advanced Tumbling Grades 1 - 12 This is a class is for athletes that have tested out of the Back Handspring class or have been evaluated at this level. Athletes will work on adding additional skills such as series tumbling, tucks, layouts and twisting skills. 60 min class. You do not need to be a member of a competitive cheer team to enroll in this class. Cheerleading - Back Handspring Tumbling Classes 2025-2026
Cheerleading - Back Handspring Tumbling Class Grades K - 12 This is a class is for athletes that have tested out of the Intermediate class or have been evaluated at this level. Athletes will work on learning the fundamentals, body shapes and strength for back handsprings and round off back handsprings. You do not need to be a member of a competitive cheer team to enroll in this class. 60 min class. Pre-Req = Athletes must have a solid round off and back walkover* before enrolling in this class. *Contact Coach Jen for exceptions to the back walkover requirement. Cheerleading - Beginner Tumbling Class Grades 3 years - 2nd grade This is a class is for athletes that have no tumbling experience or for those that have not mastered a bridge and cartwheel. Athletes will gain confidence in being upside down, body-space awareness, strength and technique. You do not need to be a member of a competitive cheer team to enroll in this class. 45 min class. Cheerleading - Center Jumper 2025-26
Competition Cheerleading Coaches Grades K-12 Are you a cheerleader looking to improve your jumps? Then join us in the Center Jumper class! We will spend 30 minutes working on jump technique to improve jump height and form. This class will focus on drills to increase leg strength and stamina, while reviewing the components of a jump from the prep to the landing. This class will focus primarily on jumps found in competitive cheer routines. -
Cheerleading - Cheer Flexibility Courses 2025-26
Flexibility & Conditioning Strength and flexibility are important to be a successful cheerleader. Join Coach Alexis or Coach Tarah to build strength and flexibility through a variety of activities and drills. Youth will do strength building exercises, like sit ups, push ups, toe raising, burpees, etc. as well as flexibility exercises such as splits, stretching, open shoulder drills, bridges, etc. There is no tumbling in this class. This class is designed for all positions - bases, backs and flyers. -
Cheerleading - Cheer Tone
Cheer Tone Get Cheer Tone! In this class we will work on flexibility, stamina and toning. We will be doing things like planks, sit ups, push ups, yoga poses and more. To be a well rounded cheer leader we need flexibility for jumps, stunts and preventing injuries. Stamina to cheer though our high intensity routines. toning/strength to lift our fellow athletes along with ourselves. This class is designed for all positions! -

Cheerleading - Intermediate Tumbling Class Grades K - 12 This is a class is for athletes that have tested out of the Beginner class or have been evaluated at this level. Round Offs and Walkovers are the focus of this class, while also working on increased speed, power and technique of basic tumbling skills. You do not need to be a member of a competitive cheer team to enroll in this class. 60 min class. Pre-Req = Athletes must have a cartwheel before enrolling in this class. Ages 4-Grade 5 Do you have lots of spirit? Want to learn what it takes to become a cheerleader? Athletes will learn the proper technique for cheer jumps, arm motions, cheers, stunts, dance and tumbling basics. Learn a short routine and be part of a group! This class is a great opportunity to get a taste of what cheer is like. No experience is required! -

Cheerleading Open Gym
Ages 3 to 12th grade 7:00-8:00pm Mondays 5:30-6:30pm Fridays Calling all current and future cheerleaders! Come into the Cheer gym and work on your skills! Receive support from coaches regarding techniques and work on the skills (tumbling, flexibility, stunting, jumps, etc.) that you want to improve. Bring your friends if you want to stunt! Open Gym is not a structured class. Youth must be registered online. No walk-ins will be allowed in.
