Assumption of Risk:Client acknowledges that photography sessions may involve certain inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, accidents, or property damage, that could occur during or as a result of the photography session. Client agrees to assume all such risks and responsibilities associated with the session. 2. Release of Liability:Client hereby releases and holds harmless the photographer, their agents, employees, and contractors from any and all liability, claims, actions, damages, or causes of action, including any injuries or damages to person or property, arising from or related to the photography session, regardless of whether the injury or damage was caused by the negligence or fault of the photographer. 3.
