Tech Academy Incoming Grades 3-7 Bring your favorite video game worlds to life by creating Nintendo-inspired characters with TinkerCAD while learning essential 3D design skills. Students will model unique creations in three dimensions, experiment with shapes and structures, and transform their digital ideas into real objects using 3D printers. While prints are finishing, campers can join Nintendo-themed challenges and even design their own video games inspired by the characters they love. Each student will have two small printed projects sent home. Printing and material fees are included. Bring a USB drive on the last day. Eco Elsa Ages 9-15 Kids will take their fire skills to the next level by not only learning how to make fire and different fire structures but the science of using fire to cook things too! This class will teach all the basics like s’mores and tinfoil packets up to more advanced skills like dutch oven baking and spit roasting over the fire. Your campfire chefs will know how to make full course meals by the end of this class in addition to how to make a fire and manage it safely. Additionally, if your site allows it and there are things in season we may also do some foraging for some of the recipes too! We are working hard to have recipes for all dietary needs that are things kids will enjoy cooking and will be using a lot of raw and unprocessed ingredients and also have vegan, gluten-free, and nut-free options for most of the recipes we make. Please let us know if your child has dietary needs beyond this and we will work with you to make alterations when possible! (ages 9+)

Tracy Crofoot Grades K-5 Creepy Crawly Creatures camp is a great summer activity for your nature enthusiast! Campers will go on a journey of discovery and learn about nature’s most undesirable creatures. They will learn about creatures that are often thought of as pests, but really are beneficial to our environment. Weather permitting, campers will get ‘back to nature’ by venturing outside making their own observations and discoveries just like a naturalist! DASH Sports Ages 6-12 years DASH Sports summer baseball camps provide players with a well-rounded experience in a fun environment. Key elements of throwing, fielding/catching, batting, and baserunning will be taught and practiced, and players will be grouped and challenged at an appropriate level in a fun, positive environment while learning values of ‘Respect, Hustle, and Pride’. Camp ends with a scrimmage the final day. Athletes should bring a water bottle, snack, and a baseball glove (spikes and bats are optional). Baseballs and bats are provided. DASH Sports Ages 6-12 Pickleball is a fun sport that combines many elements of tennis, badminton, and ping-pong. DASH Sports Summer Pickleball camps provide participants with an introductory experience to the game in a fun and positive atmosphere. Emphasis is on technique and game play. Key elements of serving, returning, volleys, overheads, and lobbing will be taught and practiced. Camp ends with games on the final day. Tech Academy Incoming Grades 3-7 Design, develop, and create 3D virtual reality environments and characters to build your own VR games. Students will start with smaller projects to learn the basics of coding, design, and interaction. In the final two days, they will construct a full labyrinth complete with challenges, characters, and immersive exploration. This camp is ideal for students passionate about technology and creativity. VR projects can be viewed on most mobile devices and VR systems such as Oculus. Tech Academy Incoming Grades 3-7 Get ready for a week of building, coding, and competing! This camp combines the creativity of the LEGO building system with the excitement of robotics. Students will team up in groups of two to three to design and build their own LEGO robots, bring them to life with block-based programming, and take on daily challenges that inspire teamwork and problem solving. Students will build learning models to understand key robotics concepts, then customize and modify their design to take on new challenges.
