    FHS Varsity Football Coaches Jon Pieper Incoming 1st-9th Grade Football Camps These camps provide the opportunity for youth to develop skills that will prepare them to become successful varsity football players. Athletes will learn offensive and defensive fundamentals from varsity football coaches and players. Coaches will teach drills specific to linebackers, defensive backs, defensive line, receivers, running backs, offensive line, and quarterbacks. These camps will focus on player development while providing opportunities for athletes to compete and become better football players. Competition will be created through drills and specific passing situations that will allow the campers to put their newly formed skills to the test. About the Coach: Tharen Johnson FHS Varsity Boys Basketball Head CoachCoach Johnson has been with the varsity basketball program at farmington High School and coaching summer basketball camps since 2005. He served as a varsity assistant for 12 seasons and as head varsity coach since 2017. In that stretch he helped build farmington boys basketball from a one win team in 2005 to a conference championship in 2009, its first conference title since 1962. During Coach Johnson’s tenure in the program, farmington boys basketball had its top two winning-est seasons in history recording 20 victories in 2009 and 19 wins in 2014. Johnson helped develop four players who went on to be 1,000 point career scorers as well as many players who went on to play at the collegiate level.

Tiger Girls Basketball Camp (2026-27 school year grades 5-7) Tu-Th, June 9-25, 10:45-11:45 am Farmington High School Cost: $120 (Please note that you will not be charged for this camp until 3-5 days before the start) Register by May 22 at midnight to receive a t-shirt; correct size guaranteed for those registered by May 22 SM26-GirlsBball5-7 Tiger Girls Basketball Camp is great for all young players looking to improve their skills, work with the high school team, and have fun playing the game! Campers will work on skills such as shooting, passing, dribbling, rebounding, and defense. Future Tigers will also have the advantage of learning terminology, philosophies, and offensive and defensive strategies from the FHS Coaching Staff and Varsity players. With over 15 years of experience officiating games, coaching AAU teams, and working with athletes from middle school through high school in both boys’ and girls’ programs, he brings a well-rounded perspective to player development. Coach Huppert is passionate about teaching the fundamentals of the game, building confidence in athletes, and creating a fun, competitive learning environment at camp.

    TIGER SUMMER TENNIS PROGRAMS The FHS Tennis coaches are excited to offer a youth tennis program this summer. Join the head coaches of the FHS boys and girls varsity tennis teams to learn new skills and further develop your tennis game. This program emphasizes individual instruction in all phases of the game of tennis. Core skills such as serves, volleys, groundstrokes, and overheads will be taught via a combination of drills, games, and match play. Singles and doubles strategy will also be emphasized. All instruction will be geared toward each player’s ability whether they are an experienced player or trying the sport for the first time.     FHS Girls Varsity Coach Aaron Johnson Girls and Boys entering K-9th grade Tiger Soccer Camps are designed for players of all levels who want to learn and improve their fundamental soccer skills in a fun and encouraging environment. Players are given the unique opportunity to receive individual instruction from Farmington High School Girls Soccer Coaching Staff and soccer players! Tiger Elementary Soccer Camp Girls & Boys entering grades K-5 Each day is filled with a variety of activities to promote correct soccer technique including: small-sided games to encourage personal involvement and enhance the understanding of team concepts, technical and ball mastery skills sessions, shooting drills, fun games and much more. Youth need to bring their own soccer ball and water bottle. Youth also receive a t-shirt! **Registration deadline is June 16th at midnight. Registrations over the phone will be accepted after June 16, but a t-shirt is not guaranteed** Tigers Advanced Soccer Camp Girls & Boys entering grades 6-9 Each day will be filled with challenging activities to help improve each player’s soccer skills including small sided games and fun games that improve player’s technical ability and tactical awareness.
