AQL5-Level 5

Skills Include: long shallow-angle dive from the side of the pool; head-first surface dives and retrieve objects; front and back crawl flip turns; tread water 5 minutes; sculling; and more.

Strokes include: front crawl, elementary backstroke, back crawl, breaststroke, sidestroke, and butterfly.

Exit Skills Assessments:-

1.  Perform a shallow-angle dive into deep water; swim front crawl for 50 yards and then swim elementary backstroke 50 yards.
2. Swim breaststroke for 50 yards and then swim back crawl for 50 yards.
3. Swim butterfly for 15+ yards.

Prerequisites: Successfully demonstrate Level-4 skills. ~Please bring goggles~
